Climate change is bad for everyone, but it is making some people’s lives worse. The basic essentials for good health and well-being of our generation, food, air and water, are all being heavily affected. The current economic system that was chosen by the Global North has created the climate disaster we now face and has put our lives and our future at risk. We need our own new system adapted to our culture and traditions and that prioritises people and the planet with:

💰Access to resources to build resilience for the impacts of the climate crisis 

🎓Quality education and healthcare for a dignified life

🍎Food sovereignty based on local farming adapted to climate change

💡A just transition away from fossil fuels and towards renewable energy independence that will generate jobs for our generation

🌊Protection of the precious biodiversity that future generations deserve to witness

🙋Equitable and inclusive opportunities for young people to engage with decision-making and have a say in our future.

We deserve a safe, healthy, happy and dignified life.
